EXCHANGES - RETURNS - WARRANTY
Any change or return must be previously authorized by Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor, and must be requested in writing to info@ricardoramosperfumes.com, along with the reasons for the request, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once this message is received, we will proceed to process the return.
The method will be as follows:
- We will contact the customer to communicate the processing of the return and the delivery address to be indicated on the package.
- You must deliver the product within 5 days from the date you received it, or by prior agreement between the client and Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor. Outside of this period we cannot accept returns. The amount of the postage will be borne by the customer, both the first delivery and the subsequent return.
- Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor will proceed to refund the money once he has received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition.
- In the event that the cause of the exchange or return was due to causes beyond the customer's control (unsolicited product shipment, deterioration during transport), the customer will receive the requested product, or, where appropriate, the amount, at no additional cost.
It is out of guarantee of return:
- If once delivered it suffers deterioration caused by: external events, accidents, or improper use of the product.
- If the change is due to an error on the part of the customer, he will bear the shipping costs.

Europe: EUR 30.00
Exchange costs:
Spain: EUR 14.00
Canary Islands: EUR 40.00

IMPORTANT NOTE
To accept an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition. Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor will not accept changes if the product packaging is not the original and is not in perfect condition. The package must be protected so that the product is received in perfect condition.
At the time of receiving your order you must follow the following instructions:
Check the package when it is delivered, if you notice any damage to the packaging, open it immediately and check the contents. If something is damaged or something is missing, state the damage or defects on the carrier's delivery note or postal delivery receipt, and notify Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor within a maximum period of 24 hours. If it is not done in this way, it will be impossible to claim the transport company and Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor will not assume any responsibility.
