EXCHANGES - RETURNS - WARRANTY
Any change or return must be previously authorized by Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor, and must be requested in writing (e-mail: info@ricardoramosperfumes.com), along with the reasons for the request, within 48 hours of receipt. of the product. The method will be as follows:
- We will contact the customer to communicate the processing of the return and the delivery address to be indicated on the package.
- You must deliver the product within 5 days from the date you received it, or by prior agreement between the client and Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor. Outside of this period we cannot accept returns. The amount of the postage will be borne by the customer, both the first delivery and the subsequent return.

- In the event that the cause of the exchange or return was due to causes beyond the customer's control (unsolicited product shipment, deterioration during transport), the customer will receive the requested product, or, where appropriate, the amount, at no additional cost.
